today i did...
15 mins excercise bike
25 lateral raises
40 push ups
30 overhead raises
40 bicep curls
40 hammer curls
30 bench presses
50 sit ups
30 kettle lifts

    Are those all at once, like for Tone/Stamina.
    Or like 4 sets of 10 reps?
    And how much weight you doing for each?
