shadow boxed with 1kg weights for 15 mins

my new dumbells will arrive and i will see how i go with them
i will look into building a chinning bar in my room

yesterday i was busy and did nothing except see the watchman... awesome :D

today i...
ran 5 k and hurt my ankle like an idiot on my last lap of the park

tomorrow i will...
not run for a start
do as many push ups as i can do -5 normal, 5 diamond, 5 wide until i pass out
as many sit ups as i can do - 5 normal, 5 twist, 5 reverse
